Brambles Cottage

Brambles is a well-equipped barn conversion situated on a former working farm in the middle of beautiful Cornish countryside. A combination of modern amenities and traditional charm with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area on the first offering countryside views. Only a few miles off the A30, situated on the B3254 midway between Launceston and Bude. It is within easy reach of the beautiful Cornish coast and moors.

Upstairs Brambles has a spacious open plan living area and modern fitted kitchen. The lounge offers ample seating, a 50inch smart TV and DVD player and the well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and microwave and a dining table for four.

Downstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed and a twin room containing two singles. All beds have duvets, pillows and 100% cotton linen. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Large fluffy towels are provided. The cottage has full central heating and free superfast broadband throughout. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Two medium sized dogs allowed.

Outside is a fully fenced, shared decking area with lounging and dining furniture and BBQs. The decking area has lighting, heating and blankets for those chillier nights. Guests also have access to a fully secured two-acre paddock to exercise or walk dogs.
